Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Cancellations

If an order is cancelled before shipment, a refund will be issued right away. If a shipment is already in transit, an order cannot be cancelled. It would then be considered a return, and our refund policy for returns would apply. 

 

Returns

Our return policy lasts for 30 days after receipt of your order. If more than 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds (if applicable)

When your return is received, we will send you an email acknowledgement. After inspection and within 48 hours of receipt, we will again email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund request and the reason(s) for the decision. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately through your original form of payment. The number of days it takes to receive your returned funds will depend on your payment form, but typically between 1 to 5 days.

Final Clearance Items

Only regular priced and regular sales priced items may be returned. Unfortunately, final clearance items cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges

If you receive the wrong item or one that is either defective or damaged, you may request an exchange free of charge by contacting us at:  support@pinkandcaboodle.com.  If we still have stock of that item, we will be happy to replace it for you.  If we do not, we will process a refund through the normal returns process.

 

Goods Not Delivered

Pink and Caboodle supplies tracking numbers for every order. If a package was never received by you and is determined through tracking to have been lost, you will be issued a refund to your original form of payment 14 days after the originally projected delivery date.  If tracking shows the package was delivered, we will be unable to issue a refund.

 

Gifts

Pink and Caboodle currently does not have gift receipts.  If the item was purchased as a gift, shipped to the gift giver and then given to you, the person who holds the purchase receipt (the gift giver) must return the item, and the refund will be issued to that person.

 

Shipping Your Return

Unless the item(s) you wish to return was the wrong item or it arrived defective or damaged, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless an item was never delivered. Any refund you receive will be minus the original cost of shipping. 

However, if the item(s) you wish to return was the wrong item or it arrived defective or damaged, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you.
